Carlos Alcaraz Wins Maiden BNP Paribas Open Title
Spanish Tennis Star Completes Dominant Run
Alcaraz Defeats Fritz in One-Sided Final
Carlos Alcaraz Garfia, the 20-year-old Spanish tennis star, completed a dominant run to his maiden BNP Paribas Open title on Sunday with perhaps his most one-sided performance of the tournament.
In a match that lasted just over an hour, Alcaraz defeated American Taylor Fritz 6-3, 6-2, winning 80% of his service points and breaking Fritz's serve five times. It was a stunning victory for Alcaraz, who had not dropped a set in the entire tournament.
