Donna Vekić was born on June 28, 1996, in Osijek, Croatia. She began playing tennis at the age of six and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a professional player in 2012.Donna Vekić has won four singles titles on the WTA Tour, including the 2019 Rabat Grand Prix and the 2021 Courmayeur Open. She has also reached the quarterfinals of the 2021 Wimbledon Championships, her best result in a Grand Slam tournament.
